In order for your exchange set to qualify as a good core they must meet the following criteria
1. Must be the exact make & model of the set you are exchanging for
2. Must be straight without any damage (for example: no flat spots on the wheel lips, gouges or dings in the bearing hub area, etc.)
3. Must NOT have been previously Chrome plated
