    Description

    This document measures approximately 16x19”. Seller Antique 1865 Civil War Document US Seal ANDREW JOHNSON VP LINCOLN Military Orig.. Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
    This document was purchased as an original civil war document, but no expert opinions have been consulted. This document must be decided upon from your knowledge and research. The document has deteriorated due to the heat and humidity and you see geltation and pitting. I believe this document is original and my research shows the gentleman receiving war document was a lieutenant in civil war. The document has not been taken out of frame due to condition. The seal of United States appears to be original and affixed to document. The document had deteriorated but does have signatures of president Andrew Johnson and his war secretary, Edwin Stanton. I believe this is an original document. I purchased from an estate sale and am selling all my collections on eBay. The frame the document is in is an antique frame so the document was framed many years ago. If you need more pictures please let me know.
