We ship Monday through Friday so items purchased Friday afternoon and later will be shipped out on Monday. NOTE - we do not ship internationally or to Hawaii, Puerto Rico or Guam.

Once you send the item back we will fix it or replace it if we can, or if we are unable to fix or replace it, we will refund you for the entire amount. Impact damage (dropping the item) along with water damage will void this warranty, as will taking the item to a repair shop, or changing any internal components.
