With a lat tower and squat bar, this home machine is able to help tone all the different muscle groups you need to concentrate on. Using a 210-pound resistance power bar, there is no need to hassle with moving heavy weights around. The bench also folds up so the Bowflex can be easily rolled into a storage space.
Never have to feel judged at the gym again, instead feel comfortable in your own home working out at your own gym.
