Excellent condition complete home gym from Bowflex. In absolute perfect mechanical condition. This thing was awesome for the past year and saved my hubby's workout routine during 2020. Now that his gym opened up he doesn't use it. We almost kept this as it is so darned effective and a quite a bit cheaper compared with the monthly gym fees.
So many different exercises and combinations this is a true full body workout machine. My husband and I could use this together and it fit our needs perfectly. I was quite surprised how effective the exercises are and the overall quality of the machine. Arms, core, back, and legs. You name it.
And probably best of all, the thing is already assembled! We probably spent five hours putting this together the first time. If you value your time, this thing is ready to go! It folds up very easily and can store in a vertical position.
