    includes 1 each Bowflex power rod holder rodbox, this is the rectangular style tension rod box with a 310 pound capacity (does not include extension piece to add 2 more 50 pound power rods), includes the new power rodbox and 20 each new replacement screws to mount your power rods into the box, screws to mount the rod box to your machine are not included, does not include power rods, only the plastic power rod holder and power rod mounting screws as seen in photos are included, this style of power rod box does not fit Bowflex Power Pro series machines including XTL model, fits only Bowflex machines that use the rectangular style power rod box (most Bowflex power rod machine models use this rodbox), IF YOUR MACHINE USES A POWER ROD BOX THAT HAS A T SHAPE THIS WILL NOT WORK (if your power rod box is wider in the back and narrow in the front this is not the correct replacement part for your machine)
    please note: THIS POWER ROD HOLDER DOES NOT FIT BOWFLEX POWER PRO SERIES MACHINES INCLUDING XTL MODELS, DOES NOT FIT MOTIVATOR 1 MODELS, it should fit all other models
    This power rod box will not increase the weight capacity of your machine.  Some Bowflex models cover the last 2 power rod mounting holes with metal tabs to prevent you from upgrading your machine.  This power rod box will not solve that issue.  It is the same power rod box you already have.
