    Description

    A mix of minerals, Zebra jasper is made up of silicate, chalcedony and quartz. It is rated
    6 to 7 on MOHS scale
    . With peculiar colors ranging from deep green to red, white and black banding, jasper zebra is always picturesque. It is a special variety of
    striped jasper
    unlike dotted jasper. It was first discovered in Western Australia, in a place called
    Kunnanurra, East Kimberley.
    Description:  This rock was purchased a few years ago as "AAA Brown Zebra Jasper".  It has stunning patterns and colors, including Picasso-like lines.  All you need is imagination with this slab.
    Measurements:   4 1/2" x 2 5/8" at its widest points x 7.9 mm thick.
    Weight: 110 grams ( 3.9 oz).
