Condition: Ok, I'm no expert about these, BUT, I have contacted a few Civil War dealers/sellers and they gave me some info about price and rariety. Not that rare to find engravings, and my best guess is that this was made after the Civil War...maybe late 1800's/early 1900's, but, I'm not sure. Does say "Eng by Geo. E Perine, N.York" under the photo grouping. Size = 9 & 1/2" by 12"Here are the Union Officer Names/etc pictured:Top Left - Samuel M Jackson - Col. 11th Reg. Brvt Brig. Gd.Lower Left - DWC Strawbridge - Col. 76th Reg.Lower Right - Robert C Cox - Col. 207th Reg. Brv. Brig. GEn. Maj. Gen. Pa. Nat. Gd.This is definitely an engraving, possibly a steel engraving because there are indented block marks/lines visible about 1" from the all borders. I do not believe that this was torn out of a book. Upper LH corner is missing a bit
