This patriotic portrait of James Bronell , the avenging angle , of Elmer Ellsworth the first office to die in the Civil War , and a close personal friend of Abraham Lincoln, kILLED TAKING DOWN THE cONFEDERATE FALG FROM A BUILDING, in Alexandria ,Virginia. This winner of the MEDAL OF HONOR, is equipped in his Zouave uniform, back pack and cup, with the black arm band in remembrance , of Corneal  Ellsworth. This is on glass , many of these were taken with Bronell standing on the confederate flag and some with many medals presented to him.
