    Original M1903 Springfield Rifle Front Sights.
    Authentic USGI parts, not reproductions.
    Why buy fake parts for your '03 when you can buy original sights for the same price?
    These are blued and unmarked.  Most have a hardness test impression on the sight blade.  They have not been installed on a rifle and lack the 3/32" diameter hole at the front of the dovetail.  The last photo shows one of these sights next to one that has been installed on a rifle and has the hole.
    They have a dark blue-black finish.  They have a little greasy residue that is readily removed.
    The blade measures 0.052" wide. The overall height from the base of the dovetail to the top of the blade is 0.675".
