    Description

Up for consideration is a lovely old Hopi bowl. Circa 1940-50 or earlier. Classic Hopi pot made from the coil clay method. The bowl is 5 inches wide and 3 inches high. No chips. dings or flea bites. It's an earlier signature SCC.  Classic Hopi designs. Just a lovely bowl. I just found out from a kind observer that the SCC signature is from the artist /potter    Sarah Collateta Polacco . Thank you !   I also found out her name was Sarah C. Collateta ,she was from Polacca, Az. She was born April 16th 1921 , She died June 18th 2004. She was 83 years old
