HUGE Vintage McDonald's Playland Regulations Sign - Framed - 4 feet x 3 feet

Relisting due to non-paying bidder.
Fresh to market is a huge vintage McDonald's Playland Regulations sign!
The sign is plexiglass and is enclosed in a heavy steel frame. The sign measures 48" high by 36" wide and is roughly 1" deep.
Condition: the frame is in outstanding structural and cosmetic condition -- not sure if the paint is original or is an old repaint). The sign has screw holes in the top and bottom frame where it was affixed to a wall. The plexiglass is in very condition with some (black) color loss to Grimace, the Hamburglar, and Officer Big Mac (please see pictures).
I have added many images to provide a comprehensive visual overview.  Please keep in mind this is a vintage item that will show normal signs of use, including surface wear.
This an impressive sign and is ready to be displayed!
The sign is heavy -- roughly 25 pounds. It will be expertly packed, with foam around the edges of the sign to protect the frame, layers of packing materials to protect the sign itself, and all will be double-boxed with heavy grade boxes. I take packing very seriously and pack how I would want delicate vintage items shipped to me -- i.e., with the utmost care. Because the sign is oversize, shipping will be higher than normal.
