This system can be worn with included strap, around the neck, on the wrist like a watch, clipped to a waistband or shirt, or solo on a table. The packaging notes that it is lightweight (1.5 oz), loud, waterproff, has 3G nationwide coverage, and has GPS location finder
in case your loved one wanders away with the device on their person. It is a terrific electronic device that will give wearer and their loved ones piece of mind. Please note, in order to be fully functional, you will need to subscribe to a monitoring service (details in packaging or on-line). I did note that you don't "have" to have the subscription service for all aspects - this will alert those within hearing distance of the device's alarm, but please do note the specifics in the instructions.
