    Large 3 Footed Silverplate Double Sea Shell Hinged Covered Serving Dish
    . This piece is a stunner and in very good, gently used condition.  Few surface scratches and the hinge is in good condition.  It could use a light polishing.  I left it "as found."  There is an "x" on the underside of the hinged area which I've circled for you in the last pic.  5 1/4" tall and measuring 13 1/2" x 11".  It is unsigned but Reed & Barton makes one that looks much like it.
