Lieut General the marquis of anglesea - page 526 print ?? or was hidden in frame

Description

This artwork was found in a
storage unit that had belonged
to a collector of antiques. He
has passed away and I have
no knowledge about this item.
It appears to have been framed
by Meyers and Franks store years
ago. It appears to be a print or
lithograph? Could be a page taken
from a book since it says page 526.
Why was the artwork hidden under
neath another work of art? Is it highly
valuable?

framed 21 1/2" x 19 1/4"
I will clean off old paper stuck to glass
front prior to mailing.
If mailing found cheaper I will reimburse
winners account the difference in mailing.
Warning: Seller is not a collector or
buyer of art. Storage unit had over 100
paintings and I am trying to sell a few on
ebay. Over 50 paintings given to a
thrift store in Vancouver that supports the
local human socitey.
Money from this auction goes to pay for the
needs of my two senior rescue dogs, Sir Henry
and Susie. They would have been destroyed had
I not got them before going to the pound. I saw
a guy taking them into the pound. Luckly they
had been full so I got the two. One was blind and
the other a biter. It took seven bites and two Months
to break Henry from biting. Both are over 10 years
old.
If you have it in your heart and room at your home
consider rescue for the senior dogs and cats.
