Maynard and Veronica Navasie Wedding VaseMade by Maynard and Veronica Navasie, this whiteware wedding vase measures approximately 8-1/4" tall and 5" wide. Design of traditional Navasie family elements in dark brown, sienna and creamy white. Signed on the bottom
M.N. & V.N.
and their frog mark. Maynard was of the Hopi First Mesa, was the grandson of first Frog Woman and and son of the Second Frog Woman Joy Navasie. Veronica was taught by her mother Laura Preston.
Condition: Very good with one very small blue ink mark on handle (see photo).
The previous owner purchased this vase at the Many Hands Gallery, Sedona, Arizona in May 1992.
