This is a fun skirt, red organdy 2 layer circle skirt with a richly printed spandex peplum. See the model to show  This was our catalog sample so I say it is new without tags since it was only worn long enough for us to get that beautiful shot. Small adult is the size but since it is just a waistband it would fit up to a ladies size 8. LH2001
We ship out same day Monday through Friday (unless you buy after 2pm which is when our pickup is) We opted out of the guaranteed delivery program because we want our customers to be able to contact us and tell us to wait on shipping to allow them to "shop" and then "combine their purchases" and save money on the shipping.
