This belongs in a museum so it’s a wonderful opportunity to own a piece of history. Up for sale is the original 1981 Setmakers Ronald McDonald playground concept artwork. This piece was used during presentations to sell a playground dream to Mcdonalds franchise owners.
I bought the one of a kind piece directly from Setmakers at an auction. I was able to meet the Setmakers President and his wife. They walked me around the auction and talked about each piece. When I heard the story about how this thick durable print helped define the company... well I had to buy it.
This unbelievable whimsical print is an amazing piece of American advertisement history. At the bottom of the piece has the original Setmakers logo and insignia. It is a 24 inches wide and about 20 inches tall. It is dated 1981, wow that is awesome!
