It is made to improve the squat machine and allows for hands free use of it.

The item attaches to the back of the machine.
No other products are being offered. Just the shoulder harness and all
the parts needed to install and use.
You will need a Soloflex Rockit to use this brace.

I've had my machine for a while and it is great for keeping in shape. Squats are the best exercise according to most experts.

1. The shoulder support
allows you to use much heavier weights or allows for a much more comfortable exercise session as it allows for hands free use of the macine.

2. A doctor friend noticed that when using the factory hand grips, your chest is
compressed and does not allow for proper breathing when using the machine.
While not dangerous, it does prevent you from doing many squats because
not enough oxygen is being brought into your lungs.
