Swiss Model 1878 bayonet for the .41 Swiss Vetterli rifle.
Fullered on one side only.
Grips secured by four (4) rivets.
Cross guard with muzzle ring is 6mm thick and numbered 195057.
Blade is 18.75” long. Overall length is 23.5”.
Buttery smooth blade with sharp saw teeth and stamped “SJG Neuhausen” on the ricasso.
NO scabbard. Undamaged/unmodified/not sharpened.
Very light surface pitting/frosting on cross guard and pommel. Very good condition overall!
