When complete, the voice give you the time if correct. Or press the Green "TIME" button on his head and the voice will give the child the correct time that has been set. Press the center Blue button and clock says "Bye Bye" when you turn him off. Press again and the clock voice says "Lets have fun" and give you the current time the hands are on!
