Gorgeous deep purple Tiffany Stone nodule from the Spor Mountain deposit, Juab County, Utah. Tiffany stone is Opalized Fluorite sometimes with chaledony, manganese oxide, Bertrandite and a few other minerals. It's only found at two locations and the finest material comes from Utah. It's becoming quite rare because the mine has been closed to collecting for decades and the only new material that come out is from rouge contractor that risk their job to sneak out nodules. mm grams
