These are the Endless Wave Harem Pants in my sister's store: Belly Dancers Heaven
These are just like the Pants worn by the beautiful Petite Jamilla of the Belly Dance Super Stars!  If you have never seen the You Tube video of her dancing in these, you must check it out! These pants cannot be fully appreciated until you have seen them in action. There are even more videos of PJ in different colors of these Pants on You Tube.

These Pants are made with top quality heavy cotton fabric
There are several flaps (or gills)
These Pants are made in 1 size to fit most women. The loosely sewn elastic waistband
Measurements:
The length on theses pants is ~39". If you are shorter, that's okay, because we had the ankle elastic sewn a little tighter so that the Pants would sit at your ankle, and you will just have a little more poof at the bottom of the Pants.
The waist, un-stretched, is~27". Fully stretched it can go to about 55 inches
