    Description

This auction listings features an extremely nice and scarce two (2) slab lot of a large, thick cut tube agate specimen from near Arco, Idaho and an unknown origin Plasma Agate slab. Plasma Agate is the best I can do to describe this unbelievably complex agate. At first, I thought this was Robinson Ranch Plume Agate from Oregon, especially because of the coloration and the stalactite shaped rough from which the specimen slab was cut. However, I have never seen any Robinson Ranch that resembles the interior of the inclusions as found in this slab! It very well could be an incredibly unique Robinson Ranch Plume Agate stalactite cut! The Arco Tube Agate specimen slab shows great tube formations coated with a glowing neon blue fortification agate highlighting the tubes and separating the mossy inclusions within the tubes from the macro-crystalline quartz vein interior! Both slabs are exceptional specimens and combined they weigh 8.3 ounces. The Plasma slab ( or Robinson Ranch Plume Agate stalactite) is 3.7 ounces, 92mm by 78mm by 8mm and the Arco Tube Agate specimen is 4.7 ounces, 107mm by 90mm by 7mm. All photographs taken while the slabs were wet excluding the final two photographs which show both sides of both slabs while dry. I will combine shipping for multiple purchases as long as the specimens can be packaged in a manner that minimizes the potential for damage.
