    Description

    UNIQUE ORIGINAL HOPI MUDHEAD POTTERY WALL MOUNT LADLE OR SCOOP SIGNED VPG. Up for sale is a unique designed what I believe to be possibly a ladle or scoop with a mudhead drawn on the inside that is made to hang on the wall. When hanging on a wall the ladle is 6 1/4" tall and the scoop portion is 4 1/4" across. The piece is signed on the back # 33 - 71 VPG. Originally purchased out of a private collection of Hopi items from a counselor who lived on the reservation for quite awhile.
