Up for sale is a
Vintage Thermos
Model 1155
Insulated Jar!
This is an 8-ounce Thermos jar measuring about 3¼” tall x 2¾” diameter. The Thermos is complete with its lid and internal gasket in place. It is a classic
“Harvest Gold”
(yellow ochre) container with white trimmed lid from the late
1960s
or early
1970s!
The lid is embossed with the Thermos logo, and the bottom is marked
“Thermos Division King-Seeley KST Thermos Co. Norwich, Conn., U.S.A.”
and
“Thermos Insulated Jar Model #1155”
. As shown in the photos, this vintage Thermos is in very good condition for its age with a little light wear from use, including very few small marks and light scuffs or scratches. The interior is nice and clean with no stains, and the screw-on lid fits well. This vintage Thermos Model 1155 insulated jar would make a great addition to your collection!
