Vintage McDonalds Manager “Leather” Briefcase Carrying Attache Case Bag Pins

I got this from a former McDonalds manager. The case is a little worn in spots and I can’t say it’s real leather. I have no way of knowing really. It’s covered in some pins and the case has holes where the pins are, of course.
All zippers/fasteners are working
