Description
WW1 Doughboy Personal Property Flashlight. WW1 US soldiers were called "doughboys" because they were called up and sent to war before they were "fully baked." Flashlights were not standard issue but if a soldier wanted to bring one from his personal property, he was allowed to. This is an example of that type of personal equipment. It appears batteries ruptured (slightly) inside this piece at some point but no real damage was done. Found in original condition and would make a great addition to your WW1 collection. Thanks foe looking and let me know what I can do for you.Condition is Used.
