    Original vintage Swiss military "Schiessbüchlien" or shooting book for a Swiss military Officer 1914
    Named to Friedrich Waser, born in 1894. Entered military service in 1914 in the Infantry basic training school of Z
    ürich (Z
    ürich Infanterie Rekrutenschule 5/I)
    In the basic training he was issued a 1896/11 Schmidt Rubin long rifle (serial 233351) and later a 1911 Long rifle (serial 323115)
    1914 he proceeded on to the NCO's school (Unteroffiziersschule) and later the Field Officer's school (Feld Of. Schule)
    He was in active service in 1915, then attended more Infantry basic training as an officer in 1915 & 1916
    1917 he was in active service with Mitr. Kp III/27 (Machine gun company) and 1918 with F
    üsilier Bat 67.
    Entries show rifle shooing scores and later pistol scooting scores as an officer
    Many entries in the 1920's, last entry being in 1936
