This is a fine example of a World War 1 Swiss bayonet in very good condition. The bayonet is missing the scabbard but is in very good condition otherwise. The blade is in great condition and still is very shiny. The blade is marked “Waffenfabrik Neuhausen” and also has the serial number #264941 on the guard. The sharpness of the blade is immaculate and in fantastic condition. There is almost no rust on the knife and the only noticeable spot on the guard where the knife attaches to the barrel of the gun. The wood on the handle is in very nice shape, and has very minimal wear. The knife also attaches very easily to a rifle as the release button is not sticky or tough to move. Message with any questions.
