    This 1 piece wing bar is a great replacement for the
    2 piece wing bars that typically come with the Total Gym FIT.
    In my opinion it is more stable to use and easier to attach.
    Attach to either top or bottom rails for upper and lower body exercises like
    leg curl with straight arm lift, pull up, shoulder press, and more.
    The opening between the plastic guide is 2 1/2" and the hitch pin is 1/4 diameter.
    The distance between both plastic guides is 10 1/8" center to center.
